Joe is responsible for the oversight of all operational functions as well as the management and execution of Centris’s regional growth. By building key relationships through a collaborative approach, Joe’s respon­si­bil­i­ties include leading deal pipeline generation, crafting market strategy and expansion, and executing the growth of the Centris team across the Southwest region.

 

Prior to Centris, Joe spent 20+ years as a senior vice president and regional director for Liberty Property Trust, leading markets in Texas, Florida, Arizona and the Midwest. While at Liberty Property Trust he initiated their Industrial Practice Group, was an executive sponsor for industrial strategy team and digital transformation projects, served on investment committee and head of national leasing.

Joe earned a BS in Civil Engineering and MBA from Villanova University.
