As chief executive officer, Michael provides leadership around strategy and execution of the industrial business plan while leveraging people, processes and systems to build shareholder value. Michael is an inspirational leader known for a collaborative decision-making style, who empowers teams to ensure accountability as well as a skilled business strategist who can quickly assess situations to transform startup and rapid growth organizations into high performing organizations, while working closely with governing boards and senior leadership.

 

Michael possesses nearly two decades of industry experience, and previously served as chief financial officer/​chief investment officer and treasurer of Inventrust Properties REIT, which at its peak was a $13 billion diversified public REIT. Michael began his career at KPMG and left as a senior manager.

 

Michael earned a BA in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas – Minnesota. Michael is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
