Steve is responsible for the strategic oversight of all investments from pipeline formation to capital raise and project structuring, as well as crafting the market strategy and expansion, and executing the growth of the team across the Southeast.

Prior to joining Centris, Steve served as vice president market officer at Liberty Porperty Trust with responsibility for opening the Georgia office, leading the Virginia market as a VP Leasing and Development in South Florida. Prior to Liberty, Steve was a senior market representative with Prologis, covering San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, Denver and Phoenix. He has closed over 700 lease, acquisition, and development projects throughout the Southeast and Southwest markets and was a lder of Liberty's Industrial Practice Group.

Steve earned a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
